Steno Sathi provides remote stenography and legal secretariat services to advocates, law firms, and legal professionals across India. Our services include live dictation transcription, audio transcription, e-filing assistance, and related legal support services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Steno Sathi website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• A legal professional (advocate, law firm, or their authorized representative)
• Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made through the accepted payment methods (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer) before service delivery. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering services within the agreed-upon timeframe. Deliverables are provided in standard formats (Word, PDF, etc.) as discussed with the client.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Steno Sathi maintains the highest standards of confidentiality:

• All client documents and data are treated as confidential
• We comply with applicable data protection laws
• Client data is automatically deleted within 24 hours of service delivery
• We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your documents and data. Steno Sathi retains ownership of its tools, processes, and templates, which may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steno Sathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
